On our team, every morning starts with coffee.  The best of our kind say, “flower where you are planted” and it’s fair to describe our roots as firmly planted in a coffee field.  Coffee, like beer, takes time, honesty and love to coax a truly remarkable cup.  An intimate knowledge of process and staunch connection to the source are required to fulfill the promise of both divine beverages. They have a way of bringing us together, opening us up and (whether we like it or not) forcing us to be a little more human.  Whether by sunrise or by candlelight, we pay homage to the ingredients that enrich and enlighten even the most dimly lit souls.
